The Canada Council has been referred to as the Canada Cow where artists go to suckle. However, most often most do not get to.  Also many artists think of grant applications as buying a lottery and the chances of winning, worse. Many of us know that often the success of the grant is dependant not only on the merit of the project but also on who is on the jury.

 

All this is true to a degree. However here is an opportunity to voice your opinion (somewhat). PQ urges you to participate in this exercise.
